Yogesh brings with him strategic leadership qualities acquired by virtue of hailing from a family of war veterans; and honed over the years through his 22+ years of experience in diverse industries such as hospitality, recruitment, and manpower. Having led key verticals in companies such as Eagle Security, SISPL, and Securens makes Yogesh a brand in himself in the field of Security Services.

At 1 Defence, Yogesh spearheads the strategic vision of the business, keeping an eye on the quality of service delivered, efficiency as well as constantly challenging the team to think laterally and come-up with innovative solutions to make the world a more secure place.

Supriya has innovated and built many businesses over the last 16+ years of experience within financial , IT , hospitality and surveillance technology industry. A qualified Engineer with MBA in finance and a Lawyer makes her a complete entrepreneur. She is a veteran in the e surveillance industry who has spent over a decade innovating, building marketing Electronic surveillance products and solutions with use of AI and edge analytics. She has been instrumental in turning around and preparing companies for fast growth and profitability. During last stint was she worked as Vice President with SIS India group steering their e surveillance business. Prior to SIS she has operated at senior management positions handling P&L and driving innovative business at Securens, Trimax, CRISIL, Karvy I-Bank, Voltas and Syntel. She manages the e surveillance business at 1 Defence.
